We got our hands on a whole sheet of some dark caramel Soviet-made phenolic paper. The sheet still had a factory stamp, but the date was unclear - either 1964 or 1954. Considering the dates on the other sheets that we got together with this one, we believe 1964 makes more sense.
This listing is for the cross cut scales from that sheet. Please allow for some variation from set to set as the patina is not uniform throughout the sheet.
