W-10 is our brand new, proprietary way of stabilzing wood that is superior to anything else available on the knife market. The main advantage of W-10 stabilization over the traditional resin impregnation methods used in knife handle manufacturing is enhanced resistance to movement due to changes in ambient humidity.
